Louisville Water customers may receive 2 complimentary reusable bottles per calendar year. Louisville Pure Tap® bottles hold 20 ounces and are BPA free and top-rack dishwasher safe.

Complete this form to request bottles mailed directly to your home. Customers may choose to pick up a bottle in-person from the Louisville Water Corporate Office lobby anytime during business hours – no form required!
