New Portal Improves Customer Experience
Louisville Water introduces a new flow of information with Pure Connect, an improved way to view and pay your bill. The portal is a convenient experience with self-service options for bill payment, water use reports, and common requests.
“Pure Connect provides purely better service for our customers,” said Dave Vogel, executive vice president for Louisville Water. “The new portal empowers customers to manage their water use on their own time.”
With Pure Connect, customers can:
- Sign up for AutoPay: Customers can pay bills automatically using their checking or savings account
- Receive personalized trends and analysis on water use
- Get tips and resources like leak detection and watering tips
- Set communication preferences
- Make common service requests without having to call
Signing up for Pure Connect is easy:
- Go to the customer service portal.
- Click “Sign Up”
- Input your Account number and Zipcode
- Walk thru the automated registration flow
