In December, Louisville Water is starting a customer focused video series called Ginny on the Job. Ginny Adwell is a Louisville Water employee with more than 20 years of experience in the metering department. Her video series will highlight tips for customers to help protect their homes.
Ginny’s tips are quick, relatable, and easy to understand so customers can take some proactive measures in their home. Upcoming topics include detecting leaks in your home, how to do a simple toilet dye test, locating and tagging your home’s water shut off valve, and winterizing pipes to prevent breaks and leaks.
“Ginny is really knowledgeable,” said Channa Newman, Education and Outreach Manager with Louisville Water. “Her videos are easy to understand and provide great information for customers.”
