  • Make checks payable to “Louisville Water Company”
  • Please do not staple or tape your check to the payment coupon
  • Write your Louisville Water 10-digit account number on the check
  • If you are subject to disconnection of service for non-payment or have already been disconnected for 13 days, you must speak with a Customer Service representative.
