We use this information to commu­nicate with you about your account and to send you information about your water usage, bill reminders, service interruptions, construction work, or emergency issues. Session cookies are required with users’ accounts to maintain a user’s login while interacting with Pure Connect. You can unsubscribe from Pure Connect notifications at any time.

Louisville Water may share email addresses with Louisville MSD for their communication about your wastewater services.

We do not sell, rent, exchange, or other­wise disclose information collected in this manner to organizations or people outside of Louisville Water unless they are authorized by Louisville Water to offer products or services related to your water account.

3. .com Measurement and Analytics

Louisville Water uses web measurement technologies to analyze data automatically collected during site visits. We analyze this information to provide an optimal user experience and to understand how the public uses our website.
