Log-in to Pure Connect to make an online payment.
Pay your bill automatically using your checking or savings account by enrolling in AutoPay. The full amount of your bill will be deducted from your bank account on your bill’s due date.
If you are subject to disconnection of service for non-payment or have already been disconnected for 13 days, you must speak with a Customer Care representative by calling (502) 583-6610 or toll free (888) 535-6262, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
If your bill is due at the time of sign up, please note that AutoPay will not go into effect until the next billing period. The current amount will still need to be paid manually until the transition is active.
