• Please note there is a $500 limit per transaction, including the $2.50 processing charge. You may make up to three $500 debit/credit payments per day

Only Visa®, Mastercard®, and Discover® are accepted forms of payment. You will receive a payment confirmation number at the end of the call.

*If you are subject to disconnection of service for non-payment or have already been disconnected for 13 days, you must speak with a Customer Care representative by calling (502) 583-6610 or toll free (888) 535-6262, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
