Let us help you stay hydrated! With these complimentary programs, we make it easy to drink and serve water at an event, in the community, or on the go.

For Individuals

Pure Tap bottles – Quench your thirst in the greenest way possible. Our reusable Pure Tap bottles are an easy way to stay hydrated on the go; just fill up at a faucet, fountain, or tap near you! Louisville Water can provide customers in our service area with two free bottles per household.

Visiting popular destinations in our area? Bring your reusable bottle! These local businesses and venues are proud to partner with Louisville Water to provide touchless bottle-filling stations in their facilities, so you can #FillDrinkRepeat even when you’re out and about.

For Groups

Coolers and Cups – Looking for an easy and sustainable way to serve ice-cold water for an upcoming event? Louisville Water offers 5-gallon self-serve beverage coolers to rent, free of charge. Just fill with ice and Pure Tap, and you’re ready to go. We even provide the cups! Each cooler holds around 80, 8-ounce servings. Reserve this Fill & Chill option at least 10 days in advance; all rentals are first-come-first-served.

Event Water Service – It’s Pure Tap for the masses! Our portable taps tie directly to the water line, allowing us to serve an unlimited supply of chilled water for public events and festivals within our service area.

Eligible events must meet these criteria:

• Event date falls between April 1^st and October 31^st
• Expected attendance of 1,000 to 10,000
• Single-day events only*
• Maximum event duration of 8-hours*
• Potable water source within 100-feet of proposed event site

*If water service is being requested for one day of a multi-day event OR for a portion of an event that is longer than 8-hours, Louisville Water must have guaranteed vehicle access to and from the set-up location while the event is ongoing.

Request forms should be submitted by March 1^st for priority review.  Any requests made after March 1^st must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the event date, and will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability.
