Just Say No to Leaks!

Finding a leak before it’s too late can save you time and money. Even a small leak can quickly add up to hundreds, even thousands, of dollars depending on how long it goes undetected. A pesky toilet leak can use up to 1,000 gallons of water a day! That’s money down the drain and a headache for you.

You’ll find several useful tools and information on LouisvilleWater.com to help you pinpoint potential leaks. Toilets, faucets, and irrigation systems are common culprits.

Our Pure Connect℠ payment portal is also a great resource. You can track your water usage and sign up for alerts to let you know about any unusually high spikes in your water consumption.

Community Relations Specialist Barbara Crow is taking our message to your neighborhood during Fix a Leak Week. She’ll have information on leaks and free shutoff valve tags. It’s important to know where your main shutoff valve is located and how to use it. The waterproof tag will make it easy for everyone to find in the house. Stop by and pick up a reusable Pure Tap bottle and stickers and mini-hard hats for the kids!
