Crews brave frigid temps to keep water flowing

When temperatures dip below 32 degrees, residential pipes freeze and water mains break.

Tuesday morning, Plumber Leader Jason McGinty and crew worked a main break in the Crescent Hill neighborhood near Frankfort Avenue.

“We’re out here and it’s 15 degrees. We’re making sure our customers don’t lose water service,” McGinty said.
