Employee Profile: Angela Garnett

Angela Garnett started working for Louisville Water in March 2012.

In her role as customer service lead, she educates customer service representatives on the best way to help Louisville Water customers stay connected.

Garnett will often review an account if a customer requests an adjustment, or eligibility if a customer requests a payment arrangement.

When she’s not working, she enjoys walks across the Big Four Bridge into Jeffersonville, Ind.

“It’s a peaceful walk over there,” Garnett said. “I also love to read. My favorite author is V.C. Andrews.”
