As a Customer Service Email Representative, Jocelyn Humphrey is responsible for handling correspondence from Louisville Water customers.
When customers reach out via email concerning water pressure, billing questions or service inquires, Jocelyn works to resolve each issue and sometimes assigns accounts to other departments for specific help.
“I’ve been with Louisville Water since November 2017,” she said. “What I enjoy the most is the family atmosphere. I’ve met so many great people and our management cares.”
Megan Hancock, director of customer care and business operations, raved about Jocelyn’s work ethic and positive attitude.
“Jocelyn’s title should be ‘Rockstar’ because she is one!” Hancock said.
