It was a winning weekend at the KFC Yum! Center for hundreds of local kids. Norton Sports Health teamed up with UofL’s coaching staff and former UofL basketball stars Peyton Siva and Mykasa Robinson to host two camps.
Children from eight to 14-years-old learned how to dribble the ball, shoot baskets, and play as a team. They also learned about the skills you need to practice off the court.
Louisville Water shared lessons on the importance of staying healthy and hydrated while keeping it fun with stickers, reusable bottles to fill up with ice cold Pure Tap®, and Taptoos, a temporary tattoo of everyone’s favorite mascot, Tapper!
Speaking of Tapper… he loves a good time, so he wasn’t going to miss the chance to cheer on the campers or a photo op with Mykasa and Peyton!
