Manager of Enterprise Applications Development Christina Gnadinger

In honor of Women’s History Month, Louisville Water is shining a spotlight on women who keep Louisville Pure Tap™ flowing.

Manager of Enterprise Applications Development Christina Gnadinger works in Louisville Water’s Information Technology department.

“I started in 2011 and I manage a team of amazing developers and analysts that find and create solutions to make Louisville Water work more efficiently every day. The best part of my job is my department, which includes all of Information Services,” Gnadinger said. “I am fortunate to work with a highly skilled team that wants Louisville Water to be successful.”

Gnadinger said she likes working in IT because she has to create solutions to improve daily operations for employees.

“There are so many pieces in the background that make things work on a day-to-day basis, and I’m fortunate to appreciate the work behind it,” she said.

In her spare time, Gnadinger enjoys working out and staying fit.

“I teach group fitness classes for a few local gyms. I have taught most group fitness formats but recently I have been teaching more strength and core focused classes,” she said.
