Promoting the quality of our water and its ability to attract new businesses to our area, Louisville Water Vice President Kelley Dearing Smith participated in an economic development panel discussion presented by Republic Bank earlier this month.
Titled “Regional Update: Exploring the Greater Louisville Regional Partnership,” the discussion centered on regionalism and post-pandemic opportunities. The partnership, which includes 15 counties in Kentucky and Indiana, works with local economic development organizations to support business attraction, retention, and expansion efforts through community marketing, lead generation, and project management.
