Visit Louisville Water Tower on Sun., March 14!

Want to see pieces of water mains more than 150 years old? Study a cross-section of a fire hydrant? Or explore a 100-foot-tall restored steam pump? Then buy a ticket(link is external) to our Louisville Water Tower Open Day on Sun., March 14!

Pick a timed ticket (from noon to 5 p.m.) that includes a visit to the WaterWorks Museum, located in the west wing of the Original Pumping Station. The museum highlights Louisville Water’s considerable archive of historic photographs (some dating back to 1860), films and memorabilia. It appeals to visitors of all ages, including children, with tower building activities, ‘dress like a water company employee’ station, scavenger hunts, and much more.

Also included with the ticket is a visit to Pumping Station No. 3, which opened to guests after an extensive two-year renovation. Additionally, we will give ticket holders a guided tour of our riverfront property.

General admission tickets are $5 and students/military/seniors are $3, plus a booking fee. Please note that face coverings are required, and social distancing will be enforced.
