Customer service reps featured on Urban Lifestylez

Customer Service Representatives Shenita Hutchings and Michelle Jones were recently featured on Urban Lifestylez, a local TV show that profiles aspects of African-American culture in Louisville.

The host, Max Maxwell, talked to Hutchings and Jones about their roles at Louisville Water and how their jobs have changed during COVID-19.

“When the lobby shut down, I helped people at the door who needed help with their bills. Any questions they have about payments, I’m there to go above and beyond to help,” Hutchings said.

The new Drops of Kindness customer assistance program was also discussed on the show.

“We can work with customers on a one-on-one basis to work out the best payment plan for them,” Jones said. “That’s what I like most about my job: being able to help the customer.”
