Cheers to a Fantastic Pure Tap 5k

The 11^_TH annual Pure Tap 5k held Sept. 10 at Louisville Water Tower Park was a success!

Nearly 400 runners, walkers, and joggers crossed the finish line with the first-place runners coming in under 20 minutes.

• First place male winner Logan Barrett, of Jeffersonville, Ind., finished in 14 minutes and 58 seconds.
• First place female winner Angela Musk, of Louisville, finished in 18 minutes and 16 seconds.
• Several Louisville Water employees ran the race and volunteered at water stops.

The Pure Tap 5k is sponsored by Louisville Water and managed by the Louisville Sports Commission.

It kicks off the first of three fall races:

• Pure Tap 5k
• Norton Sports Health 8k
• Urban Bourbon Half Marathon
