The Louisville Urban League officially cut the ribbon for the Norton Healthcare Sports and Learning Center last month. It’s a 24-acre, multi-sport complex in Louisville’s Russell neighborhood that will host such events as local, regional and national track meets, volleyball games, and concerts.
We are providing Louisville pure tap® hydration stations throughout the center. Three stations are available now. A fourth will be installed outdoors this summer.
Louisville Water Vice President Kelley Dearing Smith said the facility is “a sign of transformational change” and will provide a “big economic boost for this community and our city. It’s a perfect fit for pure tap to hydrate thousands of athletes.”
Louisville Water previously replaced outdated drinking water fountains with bottle filling stations featuring inspirational messages in the Urban League’s downtown office.
