Water Cooler Rentals

Water CoolersLouisville Water is proud to provide free water service materials, including 5-gallon beverage coolers and 8-oz. recyclable paper cups, for events and gatherings within the Louisville Water service area.

All you have to do is fill them up!

This popular service is available year-round, and requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit your reservation request at least 7 days in advance.

Renters may request a maximum of six coolers per rental.
*Louisville Water does not provide ice and water for rentals.

Renting coolers for multiple events hosted by the same group?

You may be eligible for a cooler donation. We work with select non-profits, community groups, and local businesses to provide 5-gallon coolers to keep – allowing for easy, sustainable water service year-round.
