Louisville Pure Tap® Water Service for Large Events

It’s Pure Tap for the masses! Our portable taps tie directly to the water line, allowing us to serve an unlimited supply of chilled water for public events and festivals within our service area.

Eligible events must meet these criteria:

• Event date falls between April 1^st and October 31^st
• Expected attendance of 1,000 to 10,000
• Single-day events only*
• Maximum event duration of 8-hours*
• Potable water source within 100-feet of proposed event site

*If water service is being requested for one day of a multi-day event OR for a portion of an event that is longer than 8-hours, Louisville Water must have guaranteed vehicle access to and from the set-up location while the event is ongoing.

Request forms should be submitted by March 1^st for priority review. Any requests made after March 1^st must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the event date, and will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability.
