Venue Rental Rates

Peak-Season [April – November]

  • Monday – Thursday Daytime: $600
  • Monday – Thursday Evening: $800
  • Friday – Sunday (12 Hours): $4,000
  • Holiday Rate: +50% premium

Off-Season [December – March]

  • Monday – Thursday Daytime: $450
  • Monday – Thursday Evening: $650
  • Friday – Sunday (12 Hours): $3,500
  • Holiday Rate: +50% premium

Amenities

Venue Rental Rates include the rental fee and the following amenities:

  •  20 – 8 foot tables (indoor only)
  • 10 – 60 inch round tables (indoor only)
  • 4 – 6 foot tables (indoor only)
  • 200 white chairs (indoor only)
  • 8 cocktail tables
  • Audio Visual equipment (limited)
  • Tours upon request
  • Onsite staff person for the duration of the event

Add-On Amenities

  • Basic Linens (Gray, Navy, White): $10/each
  • Indoor Up Lights: $25/each
  • Outdoor Market Lights: $500

Vendor Requirements

Catering – Bristol Catering and Ladyfingers Catering are our two exclusive caterers for all event food and beverages at Louisville Water Tower Park.These caterers are recognized for their high standards of excellence across a wide range of budgets, tastes, and preferences.

Other Vendor Services

There are no restrictions in choosing all other vendors providing music, parking services, security, flowers, photography, etc.

Equipment Rental

The renter is responsible for contracting all additional event equipment including tables, chairs, and tents through a licensed and insured Event Equipment Rental Company.

Rental Process

Rental applications are processed on a first-received basis, and available dates may be held for 14 days. A signed contract and deposit of $500 is required by the end of the 14-day period to secure your date.
