Louisville Water helps install mobile shower at homeless shelter

Louisville Water crews helped install a mobile shower unit at the Salvation Army homeless shelter.

Officials from Louisville Metro Emergency Management Agency set up the unit and called on Louisville Water to hook up a drain hose. The mobile shower unit is part of the city’s effort to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Louisville Water Operations Supervisor Paul Brannon helped coordinate the request, and plumbers Chris Meeks and Scott Corbin installed the drain.
