Prepping for pure tap 5K

We’re just four weeks away from the pure tap 5K and we want to make sure you’re ready to run!

Here are some important tips to remember as you prepare for the big race:

First, make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Staying hydrated will help your muscles stay flexible when you stretch.

Second, know your pace. Depending on your fitness levels, you may need to start out with a brisk walk or jog before running.

Third, don’t forget to cool down after you run. Rehydrate with water to refuel your body. Don’t just stop running, instead slowly decrease your speed to avoid muscle injuries.
