Leaks can waste a lot of water, and that means customers with leaks can see unexpected spikes in their water and wastewater bill. To protect customers against these costly bill increases, Louisville Water created the WaterPro℠ Water Leak Protection Plan.
With WaterPro, customers who have a significant cost increase in their Louisville Water bill due to a qualifying leak can be reimbursed for some or all of the excess water and wastewater charges. WaterPro is simple. Opt-in to add $3 to your monthly Louisville Water bill and you’re protected for up to $3,000 in excess charges due to a qualifying leak. The plan allows for one claim each year that can cover two billing cycles.
