It’s Drinking Water Week

The American Water Works Association (AWWA) and its members have celebrated Drinking Water Week for more than 40 years.

It’s “a unique opportunity for both water professionals and the communities they serve to recognize the vital role water plays in our daily lives,” according to the AWWA.

This year, Drinking Water Week began yesterday and will end Saturday. Louisville Water will celebrate by releasing a video that highlights the great work of our staff and by sharing the value of our water via a social media campaign.
