Louisville Water’s Made With Pure Tap debut spotlighted Blak Koffee, located at 1219 W. Jefferson Street. Owner Ronyale Smith opened Blak Koffee in April 2023 to provide a space in West Louisville where people can meet with colleagues, use complimentary wi-fi, work remotely, and feel a sense of community and culture. Blak Koffee serves specialty coffees and beverages, pastries, sandwiches, soups, and salads.

Rivergreen Cocktails
Danielle Mann saw an opportunity in the growing spirit-based ready-to-drink market, given the lack of “a proper cocktail” in the gin space, and that’s how Rivergreen Cocktails was born. The canned cocktail company right here in Louisville, Kentucky uses premium gin, real fruit juice, natural flavors and Louisville Pure Tap in each of their delicious and award-winning recipes.

In 2015, two Louisville-based healthcare professionals with a passion for gut health were given an opportunity to turn their countertop kombucha project into a business. Now, their award-winning Elixir Kombucha is the top selling locally-based kombucha in all of Whole Foods’ Midwest region.

Rabbit Hole Distillery
As we like to say, it takes great water to make great bourbon. Rabbit Hole Distillery owner Kaveh Zamanian moved to Kentucky after he met his wife, a Louisville native. Surrounded by bourbon country, Zamanian’s passion for bourbon grew and he was inspired to create his own spirits company.

MozzaPi Artisan Pizza
MozzaPi prides itself on using the highest quality ingredients to craft its signature wood-fired pizzas, focaccia bread, cookies, and pastries. Their mission is to bake with simplicity but also provide savory flavors that leave their guests coming back for more. Head baker Robyn McLaurin says Louisville Pure Tap is key to the recipe.

Stellar Snacks
On November 15, 2024, Stellar Snacks cut the ribbon for the grand opening of its second pretzel factory in the United States. It is the first woman-owned pretzel business in the country. Louisville Pure Tap® is one of the key ingredients of the recipe to create what co-founder Gina Galvin says are the “cleanest, seasoned pretzel braids on the market.” Gina and her mother Elisabeth are passionate about pretzels, community, and making a difference.
