Pouring Hard Work into Producing and Delivering Drinking Water

KRWA at LWT tourHow much do you know about the entity that delivers drinking water to your house?

There are more than 400 public drinking water systems in Kentucky – that’s more than double the number of counties.

Most of these systems have just a few thousand customers. There’s an effort in the water sector to share best practices, regionalize, and communicate the value of water. Last week, the Kentucky Rural Water Association (KRWA) held its annual conference in Louisville. Louisville Water hosted some of the visitors, giving them a tour at Louisville Water Tower and the Crescent Hill Water Treatment Plant.
