Louisville Water manager selected as Bingham Fellow

One of Louisville Water’s own was selected to participate in the prestigious Leadership Louisville Bingham Fellows Class of 2023. Communications & Marketing Manager Erika Brown joins 45 other community leaders who will focus on long-standing challenges with our city’s talent pipelines and pathways.

Brown lived in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco before relocating to Louisville toward the end of 2018. Her experience in these other metropolitan areas, combined with her 15+ years in communications, experience with recruitment marketing, and love of Louisville, positions her to bring an interesting perspective to this important conversation.

“I’m honored to serve alongside so many talented individuals who are pulling together to solve an issue [workforce development] that is plaguing our community as well as others on a national level,” Brown said. “I’m eager to lean in and help build a more inclusive, robust, and sustainable talent pipeline for this great city.”
