Louisville Water Customers now have several new ways to pay their water bill!
Using the convenient Pure Connect portal, customers can now pay with Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Venmo. In addition to the new payment options, customers can still pay with a credit or debit card, as well as AutoPay which automatically deducts the amount due from the method of payment on file.
Also new – you can schedule your payment up to 30 days before your due date, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to pay and rack up late fees.
If you’re not registered for Pure Connect, tap here and sign up today. While the Quick Pay option is still available, Pure Connect allows customers to track their daily water usage, sign up for alerts, and of course, manage payments.
