One Water Partnership celebrates 10 years with new publication

The One Water Partnership has unveiled a new publication to celebrate its 10th anniversary: Partnering for Progress — One Water at Work.

“We wanted to create an Executive Summary that captures the history and current activities of the Partnership — how Louisville Water and Louisville MSD share best practices, leverage our collective knowledge, and collaborate on key projects and programs,” said Shannon Tivitt, One Water Executive Director.

Louisville Water and MSD launched the Partnership in 2012 to fulfill Mayor Greg Fischer’s vision of a collaborative approach to identifying strategic customer service, operations, and money-saving efficiencies.

Partnering for Progress will be available on both the Louisville Water and the MSD websites. Tivitt said there are several ways the Partnership will use the publication, including providing information to other utilities and to the incoming mayoral administration.
