Our technology is a national case study

“At Louisville Water, it’s all about our water, our service, and our community,” Program Manager Obe Everett told a national audience during a recent KloudGin(link is external) webinar.

Everett explained how Louisville Water successfully implemented and consolidated multiple digital systems — including KloudGin , WAM (Work and Asset Management), and PeopleSoft — and made them available through handheld devices for employees in the field.

The implementation replaced systems that were 30 years old, mostly paper driven, and required multiple manual operations.

For instance, the slide below shows how an employee can now use an iPad to access failure data, service history, and other detailed information on a fire hydrant.
