The Updated Pure Connect Experience is Here: What You Need to Know

Pure Connect℠, our online customer portal, has a fresh new look! We’ve redesigned the portal to make it easier for you to manage your accounts.

What you need to know

Pure Connect 2.0It’s time for a password reset! Existing Pure Connect users can visit this link to log in to the portal as normal. Enter your existing email address and password and you’ll then be prompted to create a new password.

We’ll send a verification code to your email address to ensure it’s you. Once verified, all your account settings and information transfer with you! It’s that simple!

The only information that will not transfer is your payment information to protect your privacy. But, once you reenter your information, the all-new digital wallet feature will make future payments even easier and more secure.

What’s new?

  • Store credit/debit cards to a digital wallet
  • Add users to your account and specify permissions
  • Apply for a payment arrangement
  • Make payments for multiple accounts at one time
  • Manage all customer requests and field activities in one place

Unfortunately, high-usage alerts are not yet available. If you had these notifications set up in the previous portal, they will be transferred over in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can still monitor your water usage within the portal down to the hour!
