Louisville Water releases Annual Report

“In 2022, we grew net income and delivered a dividend of $22.4 million to our owner, Louisville Metro,” says President & CEO Spencer Bruce in Louisville Water’s 2022 Annual Report. “We launched new technology platforms to improve the customer experience, surpassed the halfway point in installing advanced metering infrastructure, and helped secure $35 million for the region in infrastructure funding to support Kentucky’s largest economic development project in recent history.”

Those are just a few of the many highlights in the report, which includes detailed financial information, an overview of operations, and details on recent awards as well as the company’s achievements in water quality, infrastructure investment, business transformation, and all the other priorities listed in our Strategic Business Plan.
