Employee Selected for Ignite Louisville

Brandon Hill, Louisville Water System Administrator, is part of the IGNITE Louisville Class of Spring 2024.

“I was excited to get the invitation to apply and to be accepted into the IGNITE Program from Leadership Louisville,” Hill said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn valuable leadership and team-building skills throughout this cohort.”

“We also get to positively impact the community by helping a nonprofit in the city,” he added. “This learning opportunity aligns with my goals of increasing my leadership capabilities, so that I’m better prepared for current and future opportunities that may present themselves.”

Hill is part of the 29th Ignite class. The program has graduated more than 1,200 up-and-coming leaders, preparing next-generation talent for expanded roles in their organizations and in the community.
