The Power of Service

Customer Service Week is celebrated the first full week in October and highlights the importance of customer service and of the people who support customers every day.

Louisville Water planned fun themed days (Throwback Thursday, Dress for Success) and activities all week for our customer service representatives.

The company could not function without our reps, whether in the office or out in the field. Here are a few of our stars!
